Following a period of marketing in late 2022 ending in a closing date for offers we are delighted that the strongest bid was approved and we wish new owner Corrie Dornan every success with her new acquisition.
For Val Buchanan it is the end of nearly 11 years at the eponymous Bistro within the Leys Estate on the periphery of Banchory but her brand will continue under her name and with the same food philosphy. Best wishes to her and Malcolm.
