The Restaurant Agency are delighted to confirm the sale of The Waggon Inn on Friday 4th November 2022. We are delighted the entire business and property have been sold to James and Ruth Hayes of The Fisherman's Arms in Birgham adding to their portfolio of businesses.
We wish Brian and Joyce a well-earned retirement after over 12 years at the helm and having operated a very successful trading model throughout their reign. The business outperforms many in City environments and after a couple of deals which were sidelined due to Covid 19 finally an operator was found who recognised the strengths of the business and opportunities.
